2013 SNZ Zonal Competition   

SNZ is trialling a zonal competition meet which will run the day after the NZ Short Course Meet in Wellington on the 4 October 2013. 

South Island Champs is the qualification and selection meet for the Southern Team who will go head to head against North, Central North and Lower North Teams. There are 2 meets 13-15 yrs swum first and 16+ will follow. In each group there will be 20 swimmers - 10 Male & 10 Female.

The Zonal Competition Blue Print has all you need to know about  this new meet, its format and Swimmer Selection Criteria . 

If you have  swimmers who may meet the selection criteria but cannot attend the SI Champs then they can apply for a dispensation form .   

For those not available for the Zonal meet an unavailability form will need to be completed and sent to the person on the form or to the Otago selector for this meet - Kay Alexander  williander@xtra.co.nz  Please note this form needs to be completed asap and recieved no later than August 30.
