Congratulations Tame Govaerts and Caitlin Deans on breaking Otago Age Records at South Island Secondary School Champs in Blenheim over the weekend.
Tame broke the male 12-13 100 Breastroke in a new time of 1.09.83, breaking his old record of 1.10.11. Tame then broke Rhys Applegarth's 2004 100 Free record of 57.32 in a new time of 57.13. Caitlin broke Emily Poon's 2008 200 Fr record of 2.09.15 in a new time of 2.08.82. Congratulations and well done Caitlin and Tame.
