Day 3 & 4 @ State SNZ SC Champs

It's been a busy 2 days of swimming at Wellington Regional Aquatic Centre with 10 Gold, 3 Silver and 6 Bronze medals plus 9 Otago records being won by DSCB swimmers.

As well as this Caitlin Deans has broken another NZ 13 yr Age record in the 400 Free in a new time of 4.23.40. The record of 4.24.84 was held by Laura Baker set in 2007.Congratulations Caitlin!

Otago Records:

• Kurt - 200 IM in morning & again in eveing in new time of 1.58.05 

         100 Fr - breaking Danyon Loaders 1995 record of 49.30 in a new time of 49.17

          50 Back - in the relay leg of the Club relay in a time of 23.87

• Han Zhang - 200 Br in morning & again in evening in new time of 2.22.21
• Caitlin Deans - 400 Free in morning & again in evening in NZ Age record time of 4.23.40
• Devon Familton - 50 Back, breaking Aleisha Ruske's record in a new time of 31.98
