Head Coach

Swim Dunedin looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and dynamic individual with critical experience and knowledge to take on a full-time position driving our swim program from junior through to elite high performance level. The right candidate will hold a Swimming New Zealand Silver or Gold Accreditation (or equivalent), have exceptional organizational and leadership skills, have enthusiasm for the sport, the ability to lead and inspire and encourage athletes to maximize their individual performance, and mentor coaches to effectively lead young athletes.

This is an opportunity to develop a squad-based coaching programme at Moana Pool that encompasses coaching guidance to all levels of swim training in Dunedin.
